• Reflect on Q2 results and generate learnings and opportunities

• Understand areas of opportunity for Q3

• Craft a set of OKRs that we are all aligned to for Q3

Why are we doing it?

Provide clear focus and direction for Q3 that is aligned to our corporate objectives.

Outcome

Create 3-5 objectives with 3-5 key results within each objective.
