In our first webinar with Professor Jeanne Liedtka (University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business), she reported on her in-depth research of over 30 organizations who used design thinking in practice - so that we could understand how to legitimately evaluate design thinking's overall impact. Jeanne then came back for another webinar and introduced a new tool which allows you to self-assess the impact of design thinking within your own organization and see how your results compare to those of other companies. 📊

Now, in our third webinar with Jeanne and her research partner Associate Professor Kristina Jaskyte Bahr, they've unpacked the results and learnings from those assessments.
