After years of launching solutions that nobody wanted or needed, in 2015 they rebuilt their approach around design thinking, spending the next several years embedding design thinking in the way they operated, grew, collaborated, and conceptualized new products & services.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jay on a number of different projects across two companies.
