As we continue on the journey of transforming the way you work with MURAL, we are delighted to introduce our upcoming Mercedes-Benz Virtual MURAL Week. Five days of useful, engaging sessions and content to equip you on your journey to be a MURAL master. Whether you are just getting started, or are a more advanced user, there will be something for everyone.
Virtual MURAL Week includes daily sessions demonstrating how to use MURAL. Topics include MURAL Essentials, how to create interactive meetings, remote facilitation and presentation, how to leverage visual components, and how to use MURAL with Human Centered Design, LUMA and Agile methods.
Sessions are open to all employees at Mercedes-Benz, and you will learn how to use the platform in your day-to-day work. Learn from inspiring colleagues, ask questions directly to the MURAL team, and pick up some tips and tricks.

This session will introduce you to the basics of MURAL and discuss the topic of Getting Your Team Started on MURAL. It is also a time for you to ask your questions directly to the MURAL team.
Join this session to learn some pro-tips to give you the knowledge you need to grow your confidence and skills in MURAL. Often, we 'don't know what we don't know' so this is your chance to learn some new stuff. You do not need to be a UX/CX Designer, but be curious to practice customer centricity!
